Philip Nunn studied mathematics at Imperial College London and worked as a statistician in London for five years. He then served as a Christian missionary and Bible teacher in Colombia for fifteen years. He now lives with his wife Anneke and four children in the Netherlands where he is active in Bible teaching and seeking to help young and old to grow in their Christian faith.
Does God really exist?
How certain can I be?
How does Jesus make God known?
Is the Bible I have today reliable?
Is God still ‘doing things’ today?
Is my faith real, when I sometimes struggle with doubt?
Does Christianity make sense?
The book you have in your hands is an invitation to think about your faith and the Christian message. To some it will help sharpen their thinking and strengthen their faith. Others will learn to doubt some of their doubts. Some may even find here encouragement to kick-start their own Christian experience. It will prove to be a useful tool for those who desire to interact with the honest questions of their thinking friends. By suggesting possible answers, we help remove obstacles so that they may see Jesus!
